This is my favorite photograph. And the salad was yummy too. Those greens just make you want to eat them all up. Using sunlight to capture these images also added to their appeal. What a blessing the energy of our sun!

Presentation can go a long way in making something that might make you skeptical into something that glides over your gums and into your tummy.
